Accessibility
Mitchell’s St Andrews is wheelchair accessible, making it easy to enter and move around the main areas of the building. However, please note that The Hide (our private dining area) is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible due to its location and building layout. If you have specific accessibility needs, our team will be happy to advise and help make your visit as comfortable as possible.
Children (aged 15 and under) are permitted while accompanied by an adult. They are permitted until 10pm unless attending a pre-booked function, in which case they may remain unitl the end of the function. Young persons (aged 15 & 16) are not required to be accompanied by an adult. YP are permitted to remain throughout core hours.
 
There is convenient on-street paid parking directly in front of Mitchell’s St Andrews. Spaces can be limited during busy periods, so we recommend allowing a little extra time to find a spot, especially at peak times.
Yes – well-behaved dogs are welcome! We love meeting our four-legged guests, and fresh water bowls are available
If you think you’ve left something behind, please email us at info@mitchellsstandrews.co.uk with a description of the item and the date of your visit. We’ll do our best to reunite you with your belongings.
Please help us by arriving on time and letting a member of the team know as soon as you arrive. We can only hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes from the start time of your booking.
 
All deposits are non-refundable, non-transferable payments. These deposits are redeemable against your final bill. Please speak to your host or server on arrival for the best way to do this.
 
Should you need to cancel, please cancel via the link at the bottom of your booking confirmation email and our group terms & conditions will apply.
 
We do not guarantee any specific areas/tables, however we do our best to accommodate your preferred area/table requests and the management reserves the right to reallocate areas subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or service to any members of your party whom we deem to be intoxicated. We operate a Challenge 25 policy, please ensure ID is available if requested.
